1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Aloof. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aloof platform, its associated websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Throughout these Terms, "Aloof" (stylized in lowercase) is used to refer to our platform, service, or the operating organization. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aloof provides a decentralized artificial intelligence platform built on the Solana blockchain, offering tools and infrastructure for [e.g., "AI model development, deployment, interaction, and creative content generation"] (the "Aloof Services"). You acknowledge that part of the Aloof Services may involve features that, with your explicit permission, facilitate automated trading activities.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

4. Automated Trading and Wallet Management

By utilizing features of the Service that involve trading or managing digital assets, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Consent to Automated Trades: You understand and agree that by granting the necessary permissions and connecting your digital wallet, the Aloof platform may execute automated trades on your behalf based on the strategies or parameters you select or configure within the Service.
  • No Guaranteed Returns: All investments, including those facilitated through automated trading on the Aloof platform, carry inherent risks. Aloof does not guarantee any profits or returns on your investments. The value of digital assets can be volatile and may result in significant losses. You acknowledge that you are using the automated trading features at your own risk.
  • Wallet Management Transparency: Aloof is committed to transparency regarding how your connected wallet is managed and interacted with by the Service. Information regarding permissions granted and transaction history initiated by the platform on your behalf will be made available to you through the Service interface, where technically feasible.
  • Unlinking Your Wallet: You retain control over your digital wallet. You can revoke permissions and unlink your wallet from the Aloof platform at any time through the Service's interface or your wallet provider's settings. Unlinking your wallet may affect your ability to use certain features of the Service.

It is your responsibility to understand the risks associated with automated trading and the management of your digital assets before using these features of the Service.
